Report a Problem with an Order
If you're looking to return an item or get a refund, or if you have general issues with an order, our first recommendation is that you contact the seller directlyfor help. They may be able to quickly resolve the issue or inform you of their Item for Sale Store policies.
To contact a seller, visit your Purchases and reviews page, find the order, and click Contact The Item for Sale Store. If you’re unable to get in touch with the seller or resolve things with them directly, please follow the steps below.
If you haven’t received your order or the item you received is not as described, you can report a problem to All Public Art by opening a case. To open a case, send us a message via the form on the Contact Us page with the title, “Opening a Case.” In the message be specific about what the issue is and why you are opening the case.
The only way for All Public Art to formally intervene is for you to open a case. The All Public Art case system is where buyers and sellers can work together to resolve their issue. If necessary, after one week of the case being open, you may escalate it to All Public Art for help in pursuing a resolution.
Your option to file a case can expire. If you experience a problem with an order, it's best to file as soon as possible.
